MOONRAKERS gift wrapping includes carefully packaging the garment in a clear bag and including an original gift bag with your order.

Frequently Asked Questions About Gifts
How can I request the gift wrapping service?
Select "Gift wrapping required" on the product page and add the item you wish to gift to your cart. Next, go to the gift wrapping page, select the bag size, and add it to the same cart.
Simply selecting "Gift wrapping required" does not complete your request. Please make sure the gift wrapping item is in your cart before placing your order.
Each order can be sent to one recipient as a gift. If you wish to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each recipient.
When will it arrive?
We will ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it (business days exclude weekends, holidays, and extended holiday periods).
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
We accept delivery requests as usual (within the range specified by the system). In the event of a delay due to weather, the delivery company, or other reasons, we will notify you by email or other means.
Can I put documents showing the price inside?
No, it is not included. The price tag is cut out to remove the product price, and the delivery note is designed not to include the product price.
Your order details, including the product price, will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. Therefore, please specify the purchaser's email address.
Which size paper bag should I choose?
M measures 320 mm wide × 100 mm deep × 260 mm high. It can hold approximately 1–2 T-shirts or 1 shirt.
L measures 450 mm wide × 120 mm deep × 350 mm high. It can hold approximately 3–4 T-shirts or 2 hoodies, jackets, pants, or coats.
The amount that can be stored varies depending on the size and thickness of the items and how they are arranged. For more details, please also check the "Gift Bag Sizes" above.
What happens if I buy multiple items together?
If you add a gift-wrapped item to your order, all items in the order will be gift-wrapped.
We do not offer standard packaging for specific items only, so if you would like standard packaging, please place a separate order.
Can some items be gift-wrapped while the others are in standard packaging?
We do not offer this option. If you add a gift-wrapped item to your order, all items in the order will be gift-wrapped.

What if I want to split the recipients?
Please note that we can only accept one shipping address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
What does the gift wrapping look like?
Please refer to the photos of the gift wrapping. We do not offer special packaging, such as boxed items.
Do you offer noshi wrapping?
We apologize, but we cannot accommodate requests for options such as noshi.
Can I add a message card or personalization?
We do not currently offer message cards or personalization.
Does it come with a shopping bag (carrier bag)?
When you order a gift-wrapped item, we will include a gift bag for presentation. Please select the size that best suits the gift on the gift-wrapping product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review the product details and delivery time carefully before placing your order.
I accidentally confirmed my order without adding gift wrapping. Can I add it now?
As a general rule, we cannot accept additions once your order has been confirmed. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to add items depending on the circumstances, so please contact us at contact@moonrakers.jp.
Do you offer gift wrapping only, or can it be shipped separately?
We do not sell or ship materials separately. Our service is limited to packaging the items ordered.
Can I cancel or change only the gift wrapping?
As a general rule, we cannot make changes once they have been confirmed. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request to the extent possible, so please contact contact@moonrakers.jp.
