When we began general sales in mid-November, we received a tremendous response, leading to out-of-stock situations for popular colors. However, with the cooperation of our factory, we have restocked them on our online shop today!
Thank you very much to everyone who waited. We hope that all of you who requested this product will take this opportunity to get your hands on it.
Furthermore, our original MOONRAKERS long-sleeve products, "MOON-TECH® Long Sleeve T-Shirt / Plain, Logo, One-Point Print," which are almost completely out of stock and have received many inquiries, are finally scheduled for restock next Monday!
This time, we received a particularly large number of requests for the MOONRAKERS logo and one-point print T-shirts, and all of our team members are truly delighted.

Currently, most products in our online shop are out of stock.
While we deeply appreciate the immense support from all of you, we are sorry for our current inability to meet that demand.
We aim to build a new, waste-free apparel business model that produces only the necessary quantities. Therefore, short-term stock shortages are an unavoidable aspect of this system.
However, we also believe it is important to deliver products quickly to those who need them. For this reason, we are strengthening our system for setting appropriate initial inventory based on accurate demand forecasting and implementing "high-speed replenishment."
This year, with the cooperation of related companies, including Toray and Komatsu Matere for material production, and Apparel Ohta / Satoh Sen-i / Airfolg for sewing, we have been able to replenish at a high speed.
However, we underestimated the truly grateful expansion of your support, resulting in too low initial inventory settings, which has led to the current situation.
Additionally, the development of new materials, updated materials, and new products has been delayed. Despite high expectations from many of you, the launch is taking time.
We sincerely and deeply apologize again for our inability to fully meet your expectations.
Currently, we are working diligently to launch new projects and restock necessary products to meet your expectations.
We will definitely speed things up from here on.
We kindly ask for your patience a little longer.
There are still many shortcomings. There is still much that is lacking.
While I am ashamed to have to convey such a situation to all of you, I also believe it is important to transparently share the current state to face it head-on, rather than turn away. This is why I am providing this status report.
Because I believe this is our starting point. I believe that without thoroughly confronting the current situation, fundamental improvements cannot be made.
We will continue to transparently connect the reality of manufacturing with you, fostering a system where your voices can directly reach our manufacturing process.
