【Important Notice】 Temporary Change to Shipping Schedule Due to Warehouse Relocation

We, MOONRAKERS, have reached our fifth year since the launch of our first product.
Thanks to your truly warm support, our project has greatly expanded, growing 20-fold in these five years. We are also expected to almost double our scale compared to last year.

Once again, we express our heartfelt gratitude for your truly warm support.

With this in mind, we intend to strive for service improvements in all aspects moving forward, in order to respond to your support with even better service.
To begin with, and to enable faster delivery and future service enhancements, we have decided to relocate our logistics warehouse.

Therefore, we apologize for any temporary inconvenience this may cause, but the product shipping schedule will be temporarily changed during the period below.

< Shipping Schedule Change Period >

Orders placed by October 26th (Sunday)
Will be shipped as usual.

Orders placed from October 27th (Monday) onwards
Will be shipped sequentially from November 4th (Tuesday).

*You can still place orders as usual during the target period, but please be aware that delivery may take longer than usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we kindly ask for your understanding as we work to improve our services.

Furthermore, this relocation of our logistics warehouse aims not only to improve services for our customers but also to reduce the workload at our sewing factories. This initiative seeks to concurrently reduce logistics lead times, accelerate delivery speeds to our customers, and alleviate the burden on our factories by transferring some of the tasks previously handled by them to the logistics warehouse.

MOONRAKERS' endeavors cannot succeed without the cooperation of Japanese sewing factories. However, the reality of the sewing industry is becoming increasingly challenging, beyond what you might imagine.
The rise in minimum wages is not necessarily a bad thing. However, with continued increases expected in the future, the management of sewing factories is becoming more difficult.
On the other hand, many apparel companies are also facing tough management due to excessive competition, and I hear that many do not accept requests for increased processing fees from factories.

Among the sewing factories that were considering participating in the "M♾N Cluster," some are now considering "closing down" as they can no longer cope with the current situation.

We must accelerate our pace towards developing better products.
And we must improve our services to you and garner more support from everyone.
Like this logistics warehouse change, we must use all our wisdom to reduce the burden of manufacturing, place leveled orders that allow factories to operate year-round at appropriate processing fee levels, and protect Japanese manufacturing.

"I wish all apparel companies were like MOONRAKERS."

These are the words of one of our partner sewing factories.
The support you have given us has undoubtedly directly contributed to Japanese manufacturing. However, this is still only a part of it.

Moving forward, we will employ all means, not just our own growth, to expand this impact.

Change clothing, change the industry, change Japan.
Create the "future" with everyone involved.

From here, we will dedicate everything to continue this challenge.

We kindly ask for your continued support.
