Report on an issue regarding the "まるで無重力パーカー" (As if Zero-Gravity Hoodie) product
We sincerely apologize for the issues that have arisen due to our oversight regarding the "Space Brothers | As if Zero Gravity Hoodie 2025" sold at our collaboration partner, Chuya Koyama Official Store. The delivered product differs in design from what was presented on the sales website.
The design shown was:
・"Gray" and "Navy" had embroidery only on the neckline and cuffs.
・"Charcoal" and "White" had print designs only on the sleeves and back.
However, the delivered products include both embroidery and print.
We deeply regret causing a situation that betrays the trust of all stakeholders who believed in us and planned this product, and above all, failing to meet the expectations of all customers who purchased the product and eagerly awaited its arrival. We offer our sincerest apologies here.
This issue was caused by our insufficient confirmation of specifications, and we bear full responsibility.
We take this matter seriously and will review our internal systems and implement improvements to prevent similar incidents from occurring again.
Furthermore, regarding future actions, we will coordinate with Chuya Koyama Official Store, the seller, and take appropriate measures as quickly as possible.
