Today, we're excited to introduce our "Space Brothers" collaboration, which always generates a lot of buzz and positive feedback!
Our "MOONWORK" series is a collaboration between MOONRAKERS and the popular manga "Space Brothers."
The concept is based on the protagonist Mutta's words, "Let's try things that are just a little beyond our reach." As we announced previously, MOONRAKERS Osaka Yodoyabashi Showroom, our first in the Kansai region, is steadily preparing for its opening.
Amidst all this, and with apologies for the short notice, we will be holding a pre-opening this week on Saturday, March 15th!
And to our great delight, MOONRAKERS products will also be featured on Osaka's popular TV program "Honwaka TV" on Friday, March 14th!
Following the TV broadcast on the 14th, we'll have a one-day experimental pre-opening on the 15th before the grand opening. Exciting news keeps coming for MOONRAKERS fans in Kansai.
On the day of the pre-opening, our CEO Nishida and other team members who usually work in Tokyo will be in Osaka. We are very much looking forward to meeting you all and having many conversations. Please feel free to visit us.

Starting with this restocked product, we have changed the design to a double-layered cuff to enhance the hold around the wrist.
Originally, the sleeves were a simple flat design without switching, but based on feedback from everyone, we aimed for a specification that is comfortable to wear as both an outer and inner layer, allowing the sleeve length to fit snugly at the wrist and gently conform to the wrist to prevent wind from blowing in.

Today, we have some very exciting news for everyone in the Kansai region and throughout Western Japan.
After a long wait due to numerous requests, we are thrilled to announce that MOONRAKERS will be opening its second store, following our Tokyo Nihonbashi location. This will be our first showroom in Western Japan, located in Osaka!

The location will be in Yodoyabashi, Osaka.
It will be on the 2nd floor of odona, a commercial building directly connected to the station.
As those in the Kansai region are well aware, Osaka's Yodoyabashi is a major station on the Midosuji Line, which runs north to south through Osaka. It's just 4 stations from Shin-Osaka, where the Shinkansen stops. It's also very close to Umeda, a major terminal station in Osaka (1 station away), and Namba (3 stations away). Furthermore, it is the starting station for the Keihan Main Line, which connects Osaka and Kyoto.
Moreover, it's just a 10-minute walk from the Osaka headquarters of Toray, our mother company. Located in the political and economic heartland where government offices, financial institutions, and many major corporations gather, it's also an area with many popular art spots nearby, offering a beautiful cityscape that makes for enjoyable strolls.
Based on requests from many people in various regions of Kansai, we were looking for a location with excellent access not only from Osaka but also from Kyoto to the north, Hyogo to the west, Nara to the east, Wakayama to the south, and other areas of Western Japan. In addition, we wanted to create a calm atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle, where we could listen to your feedback and showcase our future products.
The place we ultimately chose was "Yodoyabashi (odona)".
This store represents a new challenge for us, differing from conventional apparel brand stores. Specifically, while it will allow you to directly see and feel the wonders of advanced materials—checking product textures and colors, and fitting sizes—actual product sales will not be conducted on-site. This is a rather uncommon approach for a fashion brand, but it might be easier to understand if you think of it as being similar to an Apple Store.
This, too, is our challenge to a new "unexplored" path we aim for.
This initiative stems from our desire for the staff who will assist you at the new showroom—as members of "MOONRAKERS," those fools who relentlessly pursue ideals that may seem unattainable—to focus not on "selling," but on "showcasing Japan's proud advanced technology."
The "Osaka Yodoyabashi Showroom" represents a new challenge.
Here, we aim to transparently, honestly, and single-mindedly confront and challenge the "unexplored" path we aspire to. There would be no greater joy than for you to witness our new endeavor and to share your feedback with us.

Collaboration with active tennis players "TOMITA TWINS"
Today, we are excited to introduce a collaboration with “TENEZ”, a brand founded by active twin tennis players and known for being worn by many professional athletes.
“TENEZ” is a street sports brand created by the “Tomita Twins,” twin brothers who are active tennis players having competed in the UK, US, and Spain, and also designers who studied fashion in New York, the mecca of fashion.
These young, brilliant twins, from the perspective of active athletes and designers, are dedicated to developing activewear that seamlessly connects street and sports.

Today, we are announcing the launch of the second collaboration with “WWS,” which received a huge response for its "Invincible Poke T-shirt": the "Invincible Hoodie" project.
“WWS” is an amazing brand that started from a plumbing company and created a "new genre of clothing" called "suit-type workwear."
The "workwear that looks like a suit" has gone beyond the concept of active suits, reinventing "the way clothes should be." It has become a huge hit, with cumulative sales exceeding 350,000 units.
"WWS" changes the way clothes are, and "MOONRAKERS" aims to evolve clothes.

Today, we're introducing new products from our "Space Brothers" collaboration, the "MOONWORK Series," which is always very popular!
The "MOONWORK Series" is workwear that supports people taking on new challenges, based on the concept of protagonist Mutta's line from the popular manga "Space Brothers": "Let's try things that are just a little beyond our reach."
Last year's collaborative "Airfreak®"* hoodie was well-received, so this year we've increased the color variations and updated the design. It's now available in limited quantities on the "Space Brothers" website!
*"Airfreak®" is an advanced high-performance material developed by MOONRAKERS, combining astonishing lightness (about half that of cotton sweat material) with high heat retention.
This time, in addition to the popular charcoal and gray, we've added navy and white, for a total of four colors. Also, for this collection, the design changes depending on the color.
The navy and gray feature a simple design with subtle embroidery at the neck and cuffs.
The white and charcoal feature a large "SPACE BROTHERS" print on the sleeves, and on the back, a "MOONWORK" print combined with Mutta's line, "I hope the results of what I do will be "meaningful" to someone," as a back print.

"ELNEST x MOONRAKERS" Collaboration Second Release!
We are pleased to announce the second collaboration with "ELNEST CREATIVE ACTIVITY," an outdoor brand directed by actor Arata Iura. The new product, "ELNEST MOON L/S TEE," will be pre-released at ELNEST's POPUP store at Hankyu Umeda Main Store.
Just like the popular short-sleeved T-shirt, "ELNEST MOON TEE," the material used is "MOON-TECH®." The sizing is also an oversized, relaxed fit, similar to the short-sleeved T-shirt.
The design continues the simple silicone name accent that was very well-received in the short-sleeved T-shirt. We've created this version in response to requests from those who loved the "ELNEST MOON TEE" and said, "I want to wear it in winter too!"
This second collaboration will be unveiled for the first time at the POPUP store held by our collaborator, ELNEST, at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka this week.

According to conventional fashion business wisdom, short-sleeved products are launched in spring. In fact, we were also planning to resume sales from then.
However, we received many requests from all of you to resume sales earlier. Among them, some even said, "I wear MOON-TECH® T-shirts more often in winter as an inner layer!"
Now that we think about it, how people use clothes varies.
What we should do is not to follow conventional wisdom, but to break it and respond to your voices.
This time, we received many expressions of anticipation from everyone, so we have prepared an excessive quantity of over 2,000 units for this off-season restock. Therefore, under normal circumstances, they should not sell out immediately.

Last week, the "MOON-TECH®" long-sleeve T-shirt was restocked for the first time in about a year. We were overwhelmed by the support, receiving nearly 1,000 orders in just one day, resulting in an almost complete sell-out.
To everyone who waited for the restock and purchased the product,
we extend our deepest gratitude. Thank you very much.
Last year, sales of the "MOON-TECH®" long-sleeve T-shirt were only about 200-300 units. This time, however, in response to the great expectations from many of you this year, we prepared nearly 1,000 units, about four times last year's quantity. It might sound exaggerated, but I felt like I was taking a leap of faith from Kiyomizu Temple. This is because, if sales were at last year's level, it would take three years to sell that much.
The fact that it sold out in just one day was nothing short of astonishing. It truly exceeded all our expectations.
On the other hand, we also received many comments like, "Couldn't buy it. So disappointing..." "My desired size was already sold out. I'll wait for the next sale!" and "I love MOON-TECH®, but I wish it were easier to buy!"
We apologize for not being able to sufficiently deliver to the many people who had expectations, and we once again express our deepest gratitude for your requests for a restock despite the situation.
In response to your support and valuable feedback, we have explained the situation to Toray and Komatsu Matere, who handle material production, and Apparel Ota and Sato Fiber, who handle sewing production. With the full support of all parties involved, we are moving quickly to replenish this product.

This product, assembled with Japan's proud technology from material to sewing, achieves high-speed production because all production is carried out in Japan.

It was an unprecedented endeavor, which naturally led to continuous trial and error.

We are finally announcing the "resurrection" of "Chimaera Skin®"!

"Chimaera Skin®" was born from the fusion of Toray's cutting-edge technology and Japanese craftsmanship.

However, due to its innovative nature, production became extremely difficult, and in order to maintain quality and integrity, we made the decision to seal this material once.
